The delivery date I was initially given was not accurate, as the package arrived later than expected, and the order was incorrect. However, the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful through email communication. They provided me with a discount code and sent the correct order at no extra cost. Despite the initial issues, their professionalism and willingness to resolve the problem left a positive impression.

This tile turned out brilliantly looks beautiful in a wooden frame. I mean, everyone's got to have two gnomes working in their mum and dads garden hanging up in the downstairs loo. Image transferred exceptionally.

Honestly this gift was so perfect my grandparents loved the custom puzzle I got them it and it out big smiles on all the family's faces as we did the puzzle over Christmas. Shipping, quality and packaging was amazing!
