When I accidentally ordered two of the same drink bottle you very promptly refunded me for the one I didn't want. When I followed up delivery of the second order you promptly dealt with it and it arrived very soon after.
Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!

Très bon produit, conforme à la description. Je l'utilise depuis plus d'une semaine et elle garde la boisson bien au frais pendant 8h environ en pleine canicule.
