I was surprised with quality of printing, very good quality. I loved the gift from the picture it and my partner did. I'm glad that I found you! Made my life easier.

The only issue that I couldn't choose the date of his birthday, wasn't availabile, although I have paid for the express shipping. Hope next time you'll have more flexibility with shipping express delivery.

Le peignoir pas tout chiffoné, un beau pliage avec le prénom brodé apparent aurait été un plus :)
Mais je suis ravie de la qualité.
Faudrait prévoir également de pouvoir brodé à l'avant ET à l'arrière !

Meine zwei Zaubertassen kamen leider defekt bei mir an. Mit dem Chatbot konnte ich unkompliziert mein Problem schildern, Bilder der kaputten Geschenke heraufladen und dann auswählen ob ich Geld zurück oder nochmals eine Nachproduktion der Tassen wollte. Habe mich nochmals für die Tassen entschieden, welche mir dann kostenlos erstattet wurden & noch rechtzeitig und diesmal ganz geliefert wurde.
Die Tassen selbst sind cool :)
