Yes, that is possible. You can look for 500 ml bottles on the overview page and choose from the available colours.

Can I add an extra text block to the water bottle?

Yes, you can add an extra text block if the "Extra text" option is available in the editor when you click on the existing text.

Can I change the colour of the water bottle itself?

In our product page you can choose between different colours for your bottle and pick the one you like the most before personalising it in our editor.

Can I move my text freely on the insulated bottle?

Your text must be placed within the designated area where your design will be printed. Personalisation is generally done on the visible front face, and you cannot rotate the bottle to personalise the back.

Can I put a photo on the back and a name on the front of the water bottle?

Yes, you can place a photo on the back and a name on the front of the water bottle. You can select these options when adjusting your design in the editor.

Can the stainless steel water bottle go in the dishwasher?

No. It is best to wash the stainless steel water bottle by hand to keep the print in good condition and ensure the bottle lasts longer.

Does the photo wrap all the way around the water bottle?

Yes, the photo wraps all the way around the water bottle (in the personalisation area) for a full, seamless design.

What material is the water bottle made of and how is it printed?

The water bottle is made of sturdy stainless steel and aluminium, with a double wall that keeps drinks cool or warm. Your design, such as a photo, text, or logo, is printed sharply and in full colour on the bottle.

Can I add more than one photo to the mug?

Yes, you can do that with a collage: choose a design with collage layout options in the editor, then upload multiple photos into the template slots. Upload PNG files where possible for the sharpest print.

Can text be added outside the designated area on the mug?

No. Text can only be added within the specified design area on the mug.

How do I know if my picture has the right quality?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your gift. That's why it's important to use high-quality photos. If you're unsure about the quality of your image, please contact our customer service team and include your photo along with the gift you are interested in ordering. They can then check the quality for you!

What formats can I upload?

You upload JPG and PNG files into our editor. Is this too technical or do you have an image of a different format you would like to use? Please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you so you can make the gift you want!

Can I add a text and a photo together on my mug?

Yes, you can add text boxes on top of your photo, so you can combine both a personal message and your favourite picture on the same gift.

Can I add my own logo on the mug?

Yes, you can upload your own logo in JPG or PNG format, just as you would with an image.

Can the inside or the handle of the mug be printed?

No. Only the outside of the white mug can be printed, almost all the way around except for a small section near the handle.

Can I change the colour of the mug and handle?

No. The mug and the handle colour cannot be changed. If you want a mug in another colour, you need to choose a different model on the product page.

You can start making your gift by clicking the ‘start personalising’ button. In our gift editor, you can personalise the gift completely in accordance with your wishes: add your own picture and/or text. If you want, you can also opt for a cool design to make your gift truly unique.

The price shown on the website includes the personalisation of your gift. Nice and clear!

Is my gift wrapped?
Currently, we do not have a gift-wrapping service to wrap your present. We do deliver our gifts in a festive packaging. This means that your gift is ready to be given or that it can be sent to the recipient directly.
