Great item...bought as a gift not yet presented but I'm delighted with the ladies dressing gown/bathrobe. Name on front and larger on the back is just perfect. And it's a good weight and quality fabric in the robe. Thank you 🙏 I know the recipient will be delighted

Excellent customer service. There was a delay with my order but it was all resolved. The towels are also very good quality and beautifully embroidered. I would highly recommend YourSurprise and will definitely buy from them again.

Everything was exactly what I wanted and couldn't be asked for any more. Communication was first class , speedy action and delivery. Reasonable cost . Bug thank you to Sebastian . The beer mats were a nice touch that added to an incredibly fun and speedy ial event. Would definetley and have recommended and will use again

The cushions are absolutely amazing! The ordering was simple and easy, price reasonable and I was so happy with everything. There was a delay in delivery as my order got held up. When I messaged support they quickly rectified it and I had my parcel very quickly from there. Totally recommend the products and the company!

I ordered an umbrella with a photo of my toddler for our favourite educator at her daycare. It was a going away gift because the educator is going back to Ireland and we wanted to gift her something useful and funny and meaningful. She cried when she opened it, she loved it so much. And then all the other educators asked me where I ordered such an amazing gift. Let's just say, it was an absolute hit and a very original present. Thank you so much!
