My first order was apparently returned to you without being delivered. Oddly the delivery service sent me a notice that had delivered it to me but obviously it wasn't. I don't think this is something you can control as it was DHL.
Luckily I recover my first and my second shipment correctly and in the stated delivery window so thank you!!!

Small glass chopping board - This was purchased for a gift for my daughter. The website was easy to use including uploading and adding photos.
The finished product was amazing and I know she is going to love it. Arrived no problem within the time stated for delivery.

This was a complete surprise! Well, not the actual selection of products (which was really, really good) but the interface for creating personalized gifts, the fair pricing and the excellent, quick and friendly customer support plus the main thing... amazingly quick delivery. The order was confirmed on Monday and stated that delivery would be on Thursday. In this short time the gifts were being personalized, packaged and delivered as promised. I would have been more than happy with a weeks delivery time. So I would not have been surprised if it turned out this was some kind of scam. Nealy too good to be true. What a happy and unexpected surprise. Will come back.
